Who we are
Hall International (hall-intl.com) helps foreigners buy property in Mexico. For questions about this policy or your information, write to info@hall-intl.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you chose, and the answers you give about your plans (where you live now, timeline, budget, what worries you).
- When you use the website assistant: the messages you write to it, so it can answer and so we can follow up on a request you make.
- When you ask us to contact you or subscribe: your name, email address, and phone number if you give one.
- During a call or engagement: the information you choose to share with your advisor.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
To schedule and hold your call, to answer your questions, to prepare for and carry out work you ask us to do, and to write to you about that work.
Who processes it for us
- Hostinger — hosts the website, its database, and our email.
- Google — our calendar and Google Meet, used to schedule calls and create the video link.
- AI model providers — the website assistant sends your messages to a language model to write its replies.
Where we work with partner firms (attorneys, escrow agents, title insurers) on your purchase, we share only what that work needs, and only once you have engaged us.
Google user data
Our website connects to our own Google account (bill@hall-intl.com) to read when our calendar is busy and to create, update and cancel call events with a Google Meet link. It does not access any visitor's Google account. Hall International's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry details are kept while they are useful for your enquiry or engagement, and for as long as the law requires for records of work we carry out. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@hall-intl.com. We will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
